Daniel Lake will be attending the Nostalgia Drags event at Willowbank Raceway tomorrow in his Ex Ridgeway and Rogan Oldsmobile Cutlass. This Cutlass, being one of the most successful cars in Australian Pro Stock with 5 championships in the category. 3 consecutive championships from Peter Ridgeway as well as 2 from David Rogan.
Usually competing in Top Sportstman, Daniel will be a real contender for the winners trophy tomorrow as he runs consistent high 7.70 to low 7.80 passes, the only thing standing in his way is the pro tree which might throw a curveball to not just Daniel but all the drivers. “I think we will go alright, im not very experienced with the pro tree but that is pro stock, so we are looking forward to it”
The battle for the best showman will be hotly contested with Daniel also aiming to win that trophy. However, unlike the other competitors who have remained quiet on how they intend to win he has announced that the biggest burnout will be his preferred method. So without doubt Daniel Lake’s Cutlass will without doubt turn heads this weekend.
